Effective Date: 29 August 2026
Welcome to the Aspirational Entrepreneurs Club (AEC).
By accessing or using the AEC website, submitting an idea, making an enquiry, joining our community, participating in discussions, or using any AEC service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before using the platform.
1. About AEC
Aspirational Entrepreneurs Club (AEC) is a platform designed to give aspiring entrepreneurs a place to share, discuss, refine, evaluate, and structure early-stage ideas.
AEC aims to provide a constructive environment where ideas can be explored before they are developed into formal businesses, pitch decks, or investment opportunities.
AEC does not guarantee that any idea submitted will become commercially successful, receive funding, attract collaborators, or result in the creation of a business.
2. Eligibility
You may use AEC only if you are legally capable of entering into these Terms & Conditions under applicable law.
By using AEC, you confirm that the information you provide to us is reasonably accurate and that you are responsible for your activity on the platform.
3. Idea Submission
AEC allows users to submit business ideas, concepts, questions, and entrepreneurial proposals for discussion and evaluation.
You remain responsible for the content and information you submit.
You represent that:
You have the right to submit the information you provide.
Your submission does not knowingly infringe the intellectual property or other rights of another person.
You will not knowingly submit illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or misleading material.
AEC may review, organize, moderate, or evaluate submissions in accordance with the purpose of the platform.
4. Ideas Are Not Automatically Confidential
AEC is intended to create a supportive environment for discussing early-stage ideas.
However, submission of an idea does not automatically create a confidential relationship, NDA, or guarantee of secrecy.
Users should avoid submitting trade secrets, confidential business information, proprietary technology, unpublished intellectual property, or other highly sensitive information unless appropriate legal protection is already in place.
AEC cannot guarantee that an idea shared through the platform will remain completely confidential.
5. Community Discussions & Feedback
AEC encourages honest and constructive discussion.
Feedback provided by AEC members, mentors, collaborators, or other participants represents their individual opinions and should not automatically be considered professional, legal, financial, investment, technical, or business advice.
AEC does not guarantee that feedback provided through the platform is accurate, complete, or suitable for your particular circumstances.
You are responsible for deciding what advice or feedback to act upon.
6. No Guarantee of Success
AEC provides a platform, community, structure, and guidance to help ideas develop.
However, AEC makes no guarantee regarding:
Market demand
Commercial viability
Revenue or profitability
Funding or investment
Business partnerships
Customer acquisition
Employment or career outcomes
Successful launch or execution of an idea
Your entrepreneurial outcomes ultimately depend on many factors beyond AEC's control.
7. Mentors & Experts
AEC may provide access to mentors, entrepreneurs, professionals, or subject-matter experts.
Their participation does not mean that AEC guarantees their qualifications, recommendations, availability, or results.
Information shared by mentors or experts should be considered guidance rather than a substitute for professional advice where such advice is legally or practically necessary.
8. User Conduct
You agree to use AEC responsibly and respectfully.
You must not:
Harass, threaten, intimidate, or discriminate against other members.
Submit deliberately false or misleading information.
Steal, copy, misuse, or misrepresent another person's work or idea.

By submitting content to AEC, you grant AEC a limited, non-exclusive permission to use, store, reproduce, display, and process that content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate the platform and provide the services you requested.
AEC does not automatically acquire ownership of your business idea merely because you submit it.
AEC's own website, branding, designs, written content, software, graphics, trademarks, and other original materials remain the property of AEC or its respective licensors unless otherwise stated.
10. Collaboration Between Members
AEC may facilitate introductions and collaboration between members.
AEC does not guarantee the conduct, reliability, qualifications, financial position, or intentions of another member.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, investments, business activities, and use of information obtained through the platform.
15. Indemnification
You agree to take responsibility for claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of AEC, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights through content or activity you submit to the platform, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
